Kaye Bromfield
Kaye Bromfield is an National Australian HR Leader and Expert who is passionate about helping business’s, hire, retain and train staff staff that fit their vision, culture and strategy.
Kaye got her passion for helping Christian Leaders in business through working for Compassion Australia not for profit organisation Newcastle in a Senior Leadership position and various Corporate Financial Companies in Sydney that started small grew rapidly.
She loves anything God, Business,Church, and meeting like minded entrepreneurs in any place she can find, especially women with big dreams.
Kaye has an Master of Business Admin, an HR diploma and a whole lot of experience when it comes to staff, the good , the bad and the ugly. She has seen it all and loves sharing her experiences with business owners and leaders across Australia.
Kaye has a seven-year daughter and when she is not out helping people build their businesses she spends her time building sandcastles and watching Bluey.
It’s like our membership, in-person conference and retreats came together and had a baby. The only thing that’s missing is the yummy food! But no one is stopping you from getting some of that ;).

At this time, we will be taking a break in 2024 from our annual conference & in-person retreats.

We don’t care if you’re at the idea stage, have been in business for 20 years or you just want to be inspired. We invite all women to join in and reset herself up for the quarter ahead and learn from some AMAZING women.
We know not everyone will be joining in from Australia, so we want to make it as easy as possible for you to pay in a currency you feel comfortable in.
At the minute we will be using Zoom but have hopes to upgrade to what we’ve used in the past at our conferences for a greater experience.
