Can’t believe that we are at the end of the year already. Welcome to another episode of the Christian women in business podcast show and also our last podcast show for the year. I know it only just seems like we’ve started the show again. And we’ll already bring it to an end for the year, but it’s been such a pleasure to bring you the podcasts episodes before this one. Where we’ve gone to. Submit in our businesses to God and realign ourselves with him. You’ve heard stories about powerlifting and how that’s had impact.

I actually have a really cool testimony to share with you about the power lifting thing as well. So for this episode, I would love to do a Roundup of the year what we’ve got, but what we’ve got for you looking forward to 2025, we’ve got some different events coming up, but I’d love to tell you about, and then we’ll just close the. The podcast and the here with a prayer. So the cool testimony is Mike, if you haven’t already done.

So go and check out. The God power lifted in business. There’s two episodes. Go check them out. But basically God is using. As in all different aspects of our lives, not just business. And one of the thing has been so powerlifting. So I had my coach Who obviously, if you’ve listened to that podcast, you’ll know that we’ve been I’ve been having, using her for some time. And she coaches other people and she knows that I’m a Christian and all that kind of stuff.

And she sent a beautiful lady my way. That was actually at one of the tests days that I did last year. I don’t want to give names away or anything like that. So I want to keep that side private, but she’d basically messaged me. To say, she feels like there’s something missing.

And She spoke with Laura and Laura had told her to get in contact with me. And yeah, we’ve been able to have a conversation. With each other about Jesus, who is he? How I felt back in 2008, 2009, there was something missing in my life and it was Jesus. And I was able, to come to Jesus and open my heart to him as my savior.

And then it is not been nothing. It’s been the same sentence quite literally. I’m sure you all have kind of stories like that too. And that might be the thing that’s missing in her life too. So if you’re listening to the podcast you know who you are. I’m so happy that you found Jesus. And it’s really excited.

So you just never know how God’s going to use all the different situations and all the aspects. It’s not just going to church on a Sunday. You think I’m doing something that’s like completely not church related as search. But as I always put forward, it’s not just about something we do on Sundays.

It’s about something that we live out in our whole life, our business. Going into the gym, going to PT sessions, like whatever it is. It covers all our lives and you just never know. At what time something might happen where you. You’ve been able to shine that light and they’ve been able to see Jesus and have that conversation. So if you’ve got something on your heart, That you’d really love to do.

That’s you know, just a passion or something go and do it. And meet people because she never know when God might use that. And I think that’s such an amazing thing. So yeah, there’s a little testimony for you before we move on. So 2025 spend a little bit of a different year for CWIB and the way that we haven’t had our normal. Annual conference.

We haven’t had in-person retreats either. We moved everything online just for a little while, which is where the thrive quarterly resets came in, where we’ve combined, it all aspects from all the different in-person events that we were on, as well as our membership and kind of com. Patted them into a package or a program that we do each quarter, which the ladies who have attended have loved, they’ve, we have four years.

So once a quarter, so you can reset for the next quarter and. They’ve all been excited about. The last one that we did in November, looking back over the year. And seeing, what they’ve done and what they’ve accomplished and how God’s worked through their business. So, we’re looking forward to doing more of those next year.

So that again, that will be for next year. It will be February. February may August, November. And we are playing around with the different times. So depending on if you’re in the us or the UK you’ll be able to join in on those. And also in line with that is we’ve done a massive update with our website.

So there’s free resources on there. Now make sure you go and look at those. The free resources that we’ve got is a calendar download. So 20, 25 yearly calendar and business review like downloads where you can go and literally download them and plan for your year ahead. I know. Like I printed off a monthly one as well. But there is. A whole yearly view.

So you can do some planning and work out your year. I know I find them really handy and someone’s actually asked me if I do a podcast. And a video just on how I plan which, I can do, we’ve got our own kind of planning. Sessions and goal settings. What we’ve got goal setting sessions in the thrive, quarterly recess. But I guess actually planning that out is different and planning your workout and all that kind of stuff, especially in marketing.

So like in the, I might do an actual planning session and teach you how I plan. I’m always a year ahead, especially when we like. New or conferences, I’d always be planning the next annual conference before the annual conference that was coming up. So we were always like being able to give a vision of what’s happening next.

So I’m really used to planning ahead and it takes a lot for some people to get their head around, but. When you run events and things that’s just how it needs to be. We’ve got a practical ebook which is our five times 50 tips. Which is a couple of years old now, but it’s still an amazing download.

And we’ve basically condensed all the five top tips from each of our guests and put them in an ebook from our podcasts. So you can download and read through the more. And obviously Chris we’ve started the podcast. I began really looking forward to doing another one next year. Once we’ve got a few podcasts and the bell and releasing another edition of that. We’ve got 14 tips for building a God-centered business. To fall in love with the journey of building the business of your dreams.

And we’ve also got our last digital magazine that was created by the beautiful mags. Which is jam packed full of stories, wisdom. Everything business related. So if you head over to the freebies of free. Resources page and our website. You can just head to our website on the very top banner.

You can click on that button and it’ll take you straight there. We’ve got all those free resources available and in the upcoming year, we’re going to be updating that and add new ones. So keep an eye out for that. But please. Go take advantage of that. So in 2025. We’re going to be focusing on growing our membership.

And we’ve basically want to help you get your. Brand and who you are in front of our audience. So we’ve, we’re coming up with different ways that we’re going to do that. So we are going to be doing membership intakes again.

How we can apply that to our 2025 with working in God, in our businesses. And we’re also going to be doing a corporate prayer gathering.
