We founded CWIB in 2017 and have since seen the positive impact we’ve had on women by creating space for them to encounter Jesus where they’re at through our in-person conferences, retreats, Quarterly Business Resets, or our membership.
These moments have enabled them to find the confidence to make crucial pivots in business decisions, increasing their service prices successfully or record their first video.

Hey, I'm SJ - Founder fo CWIB.
Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think God would choose me to Found such a special and unique movement, and here we are.
I started my first business back in 2013, and bought my first investment property in 2012. Then in 2017, I founded CWIB, and I haven’t looked back since.
It’s been one heck of a journey, with plenty of ups and downs, but nothing still sets my heart on fire than seeing God work in women’s lives when they attend one of our events.
Seeing Jesus meet each woman, giving her direction for her next move, or just filling her heart back up with courage and wisdom, fills my heart. At the end of the day, it’s about creating that safe space for you to come and grow as a human and be filled to keep going.
Even though life can throw such curveballs at us, we’re here to support one another, but most importantly, we’re here to see the Kingdom of God grow through the power of business. I look forward to seeing you around our wonderful community.
